Recommendation for requiring confirmation on all IFAS lists

Policy: A change should be instituted requiring confirmation on all IFAS lists. Such a policy would eliminate forged postings and provide a means for notifying posters of proper usage conventions. This should be implemented during an upcoming maintenance window once end-user notification details have been drafted and distributed. End-users need to be made aware of the new two-step posting process, the reasons behind it and how their posting process will change.
